At Pita Pete's, your pita is made at the Al Khyam Bakery of Chicago and there is no fat, preservatives or texturizers added. Our pita bread is pure, only water, flour, yeast and a little salt is used in its production. Our hummus is made on site, using an old Lebonese recipe. It's smooth and slightly lemon flavor bring out the great taste of fresh raw vegetables.
